How do I track my order?
You can track your order 24 hours after it is placed.
How can I change or cancel my order?
To change or cancel your order, contact Customer Service at info@hantek.lighting. We cannot accept changes or cancellations after order shipped.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Eligible items can be returned for a refund of the merchandise value within 30 days of receiving an order. An original receipt or gift receipt is required.
How to Return:
- Return by UPS – Print a return label from our Customer Service and bring to a UPS location.
- For non-custom furniture and other oversized items, please contact us for more detail.
Items Not Eligible for Returns:
- Items without an original receipt or gift receipt
- Monogrammed/Personalized items
- Made to Order items, including custom rugs and furniture
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear

What payment methods are available?
You can choose to pay with a Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), PayPal.
Shipping + Delivery
Can I delay the shipment of my order?
If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center, and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.
Can I send a gift message on each package?
Sorry that we do not support Gift Message included when shipping.
